As the name suggests, Let's Intro, deals and offers should be an introductory discount such a discounted first lesson, a free trial lesson, 3 lessons at a reduced price, or a reduced professional training package.
The offers you provide can be amended after sending us an official letter with 30 days prior to the amendment of the offer. This allows us and our software engineers time to make the amendments on our platform.
The redemption of an offers depends on the deal being offered. For example, a free trial are redeemed on the mobile application once partner input their specific pin on the members mobile phone.
Paid offers are different. When partners join, they will register on the Let's Intro's platform payment gateway operated by Stripe. Any payment made on our platform will be automatically sent to your registered gateway.
Partners must honour the offers to members who have for the offer accompanied with a valid Let's Intro membership.
In The first contracting year contracts cannot be cancelled. After completing one year, the partner can cancel the contract after giving Let's Intro a 30-day notice period. The offer is valid for 90 days from the date the notice was sent.
